Sports Activities


There is a sports ground for the training of trainee. Students apart from coaching classes, provided training to make them physically fit. Candidates appearing under Airforce-SIP gets the special slot between their timetables for various games. These classes help them in clearing Defence Exam. For the other students getting training for the various competitive exam are also encouraged to take part in sports activities.

Computer Lab

Indian Air Force Group X & Y Eligibility

The Indian Air Force recruits Airmen in Group X & Group Y Course. The IAF has invited online applications for unmarried male citizens of India & Nepal. Below is the eligibility criteria for various entries:

1. Age Criteria

  • Candidates born between 16 Jan 2001 and 29 December 2004 are eligible to apply.
  • After clearing all the selection stages, the candidate must be less than 21 years.

  • Passed 10+2/equivalent exam with Mathematics, Physics & English
  • He Must have 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English
  • Group Y (Medical Assistant)
  • A 10+2/Intermediate / equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
  • He must have an aggregate of 50% and an English mark of 50%.

    Air Froce Group X: Syllabus

    Check below complete details about NDA Exam pattern & marking scheme:
    • Mode of Exam: The paper will be held in offline (pen and paper) mode.
    • Number of Sections: In the paper, there will be two sections – Mathematics & General Ability.
    • Exam Duration: Candidates will be given 5 hours to complete the paper (2 hours 30 minutes each for Mathematics and GA section).
    • Questions type: There will be objective type of questions in the paper.
    • Paper Language: The paper will be bilingual – in English as well Hindi language.
    • Marking pattern: For each wrong answer, 33% of the marks assigned to the question will be deducted.

    Airforce Syllabus

    English, Physics, and Mathematics & Duration of Test is 60 min. Only

    Air Froce Group Y:

    Passed Intermediate 10+2 / Equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

    Air Froce Group Y: Syllabus

    English as per CBSE syllabus, Reasoning & General Awareness & Duration of Test is 45 min. Only

    Indian Air Force – Airmen

    Passed Intermediate/10+2 / Equivalent Examination in any stream/subjects approved by Central/State Education Boards with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English OR Passed Two-year Vocational Course affiliated/recognized by CBSE / State Education Boards / Councils duly recognized at par with 10+2 by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course.
